REVISION POLICY

Your allocated revision count depends on the package you select, and you can request up to the number of revisions included in your package. We are committed to delivering excellent service and will continue revising until your requirements are fully met. No extra charges apply if the design concepts remain unchanged. Revised designs will be delivered within 48 hours.

Any revision requests made after the logo design approval will be considered a new order and charged accordingly.

REFUND POLICY

Australia Website Marvels’s refund policy does not apply in the following cases:

  • You have purchased a special package.
  • The initial design concept has been approved.
  • Revision requests have been made.
  • The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the company.
  • No communication has been made with the company for more than 2 weeks during the project.
  • Company policies have been breached.
  • You have engaged another company or designer for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks essential information.
  • A full design overhaul has been requested.
  • The refund request was made after the allowable timeframe.
  • The business is closing, rebranding, or undergoing structural changes.
  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind or partner disagreements or other issues unrelated to the service.
  • If you subscribe to a service bundle and are unhappy with a specific service, refunds will apply only to that service, not the entire bundle.
  • Refund requests made after 15 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
  • Services such as Social Media management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
  • For website projects, no refunds will be granted once the design is approved and development has begun.
  • A money-back guarantee applies only if the initial designs are completely rejected. If you request additional concepts or modifications and then cancel, Australia Website Marvels reserves the right to deduct 33% of the total invoice to cover incurred costs, including processing fees and management charges.

Please note: Australia Website Marvels reserves the right to reject any project or terminate contracts at its discretion. Upon refund, all design rights revert to Australia Website Marvels, and you will no longer have permission to use the designs.

After the refund is issued, you will no longer have any rights to use any designs provided by Australia Website Marvels. All related copyrights will be registered with the relevant government copyright agencies to ensure legal compliance.
